About the Role

Ceva Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Transportation Coordinator to join our team in Ciempozuelos. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control the daily fleet operations, including vehicle additions, removals, and daily/monthly production tracking.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, utilizing Excel for data analysis and visualization.
  • Administer and manage transportation documentation, including TMS and CETAIMA systems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in transportation or logistics.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience in transportation companies is highly valued.
  • Preference given to candidates with a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
