About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ontex. As a key member of our Global Excellence Center, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and provide support to the Backoffice team
  • Organize business trips, including visa processes and travel arrangements
  • Manage budgets for travel and meetings
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and reports
  • Collaborate with the Innovation and technical teams to support various projects

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in international assistance at executive level
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
