About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ontex. As a key member of our Global Excellence Center, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative tasks and provide support to the Backoffice team
- Organize business trips, including visa processes and travel arrangements
- Manage budgets for travel and meetings
- Assist in the creation of presentations and reports
- Collaborate with the Innovation and technical teams to support various projects
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in international assistance at executive level
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
