Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and personalized service, embodying the essence of our unique gastronomic concept.
  • Assisting in all sommelier functions, showcasing your expertise in wine and beverage management.
  • Overseeing staff schedules and performance, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for sustainable and ethical gastronomy, with a deep understanding of the art of service.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a strong focus on detail and guest satisfaction.
  • The ability to learn, adapt, and face new challenges with enthusiasm.

  • Language skills: Spanish and English.
  • A driving license.
