Senior Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Accounting Operations: Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations, including US GAAP and Spanish GAAP.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure high-quality work and efficient operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion Planning, and experience with financial analysis and reporting.
