Digital Solutions Director

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Solutions Director to spearhead the development and management of our IT and Cloud product portfolio. As a senior leader, you will drive innovation and growth, solidifying our position as a leader in managed digital services. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in IT and Cloud product management, effectively combining technological expertise with business insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the Digital Services (IT & Cloud) exploration unit, developing and executing a strategic roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to guide the future direction of IT and Cloud offerings.
- Cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within the team to maintain a competitive advantage.
Product Development & Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT and Cloud products, from ideation through to market launch and ongoing management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and alignment with business goals.
- Define the product vision and strategy, partnering closely with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Business Development:
- Identify and assess new business opportunities, including partnerships and growth strategies.
- Develop specialized sales teams to support business unit objectives.
- Create compelling business cases and financial models for new products and technologies.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and IT/cloud professionals.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Set clear objectives and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
Customer & Market Focus:
- Engage with key customers to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to continuously enhance our offerings.
