We are seeking a dynamic and motivated M&A Professional to join our team.

This role is key to supporting Fluidra's growth ambition and future M&A plans, playing a critical part in shaping the company's strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for M&A, a proactive attitude, and be eager to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where there are many opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Financial analysis of investment projects, including company acquisitions, asset transactions, partnerships, and potential divestments.
  • Evaluation of financial metrics using discounted cash flow, discount rates, NPV, IRR, multiples, and financial leverage.
  • Primary point of reference for assessed opportunities, including preparation and review of drafts and documents, and relationship with internal and external teams.
  • Deal origination and execution, including thorough financial modeling and valuation of target companies, management of due diligence processes, and negotiation of deal terms and structuring of transactions.
  • Cross-functional interaction with different teams across the organization to support deal execution, including legal, financial, and operational departments.
  • Stakeholder management, including interaction with top-level stakeholders, presentation of complex financial data and transaction insights, and alignment of business objectives and deal goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:

  • At least 4-5 years of direct M&A experience, including areas such as financial analysis, due diligence, and corporate finance.
  • Higher education in Business, Economics, or relevant fields, with MBA or advanced Finance studies considered a plus.
  • Exceptional financial analysis skills, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analysis.
  • First-class business modeling and valuation skills, including Discounted Cash Flow analysis and Excel.
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint for delivering presentations to senior leadership.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to manage relationships with top-level stakeholders and work with different cultures and international teams.
  • Ability to manage different projects at the same time, with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • M&A enthusiast with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently and as part of a team.
