Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Partner with new clients to onboard and develop their first online advertising campaigns, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' objectives and develop tailored marketing strategies to meet their needs.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by increasing spend, upselling, and ensuring sustainability of client relationships.
- Client Communication: Handle a high volume of client interactions through phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, good time management skills, and ability to organize daily tasks. Strong analytical skills and client-focused approach.
- Language: Native level of French and high level of English.
Benefits:
- Full-time Position: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: € gross/year + up to € gross/year in bonus.
- Hybrid Working Model: Work from home or office in Barcelona.
- Relocation Package: Includes flight ticket, accommodation, and private health insurance.
- Training and Development: 3 weeks of intense introduction training and sales training.
