About the Team

The Customer Experience team is the primary interface between VTEX and the customer, utilizing every communication channel to guide the client and share ecommerce expertise. Each interaction is an opportunity to share knowledge that is one step ahead of the user's needs.

About the Role

The Ecommerce Expert in charge of projects will lead the team to help clients achieve their results. This role plays a pivotal part in driving client success and the company's continued growth. The Ecommerce Expert investigates the platform's technical scenarios to address customer business and technical questions, overseeing ecommerce projects from kickoff to launch, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional commerce experiences while managing timelines and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Design solutions that are simple, elegant, and scalable
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Build trust with clients to become a trusted advisor
  • Improve the Net Promoter Score of VTEX clients in EMEA
  • Prioritize replying to customers as fast as possible
  • Guide business planning and digital strategy workshops
