Key Responsibilities:
- Handling recruitment processes from A to Z, including online interviews and candidate assessments.
- Conducting language tests to ensure candidates meet the required language proficiency.
- Building relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (required)
