About the Role

Quantion, a leading Business Digital Transformation services company, is seeking a highly skilled Middleware Architect to join our Technology team. As a key member of our Integration Architecture team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of interface solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Evaluate and develop new middleware solutions, working closely with product teams to drive innovation.
  • Provide technical guidance to product owners, making informed decisions that align with the company's long-term IT goals.
  • Design solution architectures, presenting them to stakeholders and developers to ensure clear understanding and effective implementation.
  • Develop and validate design patterns, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture best practices.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs, reducing architectural debt and promoting a culture of collaboration.
  • Work in an international environment, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Middleware Architect or Integration Architect.
  • Experience with at least one Middleware technology (Tibco, Mulesoft, WebMethods) is required.
  • Experience with SOAP and REST is required, and knowledge of API Management solutions (APIGee, Mashery, Mulesoft) is a plus.
  • Experience with containers and microservice-based architectures is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms like Microsoft Azure Cloud or Google Cloud, and with Kubernetes and Docker is a plus.
  • Experience with messaging systems like MQ, TIBCO EMS, or Kafka (Kafka highly recommended).
  • Ability to create architectural artifacts (e.g., diagrams).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of stakeholders' needs and ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Strong command of the English language.
