Capgemini Invent, the digital transformation and strategic consulting unit of the Capgemini group, is seeking a highly skilled Manager with a strong background in AI to join our team. As an AI Strategist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in making informed decisions and achieving their strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic client relationships, working at senior levels to sell value-added consulting assignments
- Lead and deliver large-scale, complex projects
- Develop commercially viable consulting market offerings
- Drive Go-To-Market and other specialist teams to develop propositions, develop existing client accounts, and build new accounts
- Work within mixed consulting and client teams, planning, managing, and delivering work
Requirements:
- Over 8 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms or a Data/AI background
- Capabilities in a range of AI techniques (e.g. GenAI, supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, deep learning, graph data analytics, statistical analysis, time series, geospatial, NLP, sentiment analysis, pattern detection, etc.)
- English C1/C2
- University degree (Masters degree is a plus)
- Technological and business vision
- Communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and analytical problem-solving
