Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content on various social media platforms, interact with audiences, and monitor social media performance metrics.
- Web Management: Develop relevant content, design, and layout of the corporate website (Wordpress).
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for different channels, including marketing materials and newsletters.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication strategies that support the company's objectives.
- Public Relations: Manage the public image of the company and manage national and international interaction with the media.
- Internal Communication: Ensure that employees are informed about company events and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, International Development, or a related field.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt the message to different audiences.
- At least 2 years of experience in communications.
- Advanced use of design programs (e.g., Adobe suite, Canva), social media management tools, and video editing.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in corporations, foundations, and non-profit organizations, with a focus on public health, global health, diagnostics, and the pharmaceutical sector.
- Previous experience working in communication around technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.
- Experience in organizing communications campaigns, press conferences, events, and crisis management.
- Additional languages.
