Eviden, a global leader in digital transformation, is seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and data analytics, with experience in designing and developing AI solutions. The role will involve researching new AI techniques, developing machine learning models, and automating deployment pipelines for continuous integration and delivery. The successful candidate will have a BS, Master, or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline. Key skills include experience with data analytics and machine learning, scripting and programming languages such as Python or C/C++, and knowledge of data analytics and machine learning frameworks like Tensorflow/Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. The ideal candidate will also have experience with software configuration management tools such as GitHub or GitLab, knowledge of Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment, and experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Additional skills include AI platforms, participation in research projects, and fluency in English. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with good writing and presentation skills, and a strong personal soft skills set.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain building blocks for the management of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) pipelines.

- Research about new AI techniques, with a focus on federated learning.

- Research about mechanisms to improve the trustworthiness of AI solutions.

- Development of Machine Learning models to be used in concrete applications.

- Automate deployment pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

- Participation in technical tasks within national and international Research and Innovation projects, having to interact and collaborate with other companies, research centres and universities.

- Keep updated with the latest software development and AI practices, frameworks, and technologies to continually improve our product offerings.

Education:

- Requires a BS, Master, or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence or other related disciplines.

Essential knowledge and professional experience:

- Experience with data analytics and Machine Learning.

- Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python or C/C++.

- Knowledge about data analytics and Machine Learning frameworks like Tensorflow/Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Ability to work with software configuration management tools such as GitHub or GitLab.

- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Additional knowledge:

- AI platforms: Kubeflow, MLFlow or similar.

- Participation in research projects.

- Competences:

- Fluency in English.

- Good writing and presentation skills.

- Strong personal soft skills set: Communicative, enthusiastic, highly collaborative, proactive, self-driven.

Ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies quickly.
