We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner to lead our shared services team. This role involves defining and structuring processes, establishing objectives and key results (OKRs), and managing a multidisciplinary team comprising marketing, ad creative, data, and engineering professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Standardize Processes: Design, implement, and refine standardized processes to ensure efficient and cohesive operations across all shared service functions.
  • Lead and Manage Team: Oversee a diverse team of marketing specialists, ad creatives, data, and low-code engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain a well-organized backlog of requests from various departments, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely execution.
  • Requirement Gathering and Refinement: Collect detailed requirements, refine them for clarity and feasibility, and align them with strategic business goals.
  • Define and Communicate Roadmap: Establish a clear roadmap for shared services, including key milestones, delivery timelines, and deadlines, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
  • Oversee Deliveries: Monitor progress and ensure the quality of all deliverables meets organizational standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact between the shared services team and other departments, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, preferably within a shared services or similar environment.
  • Strong ability to draft, implement, and standardize processes across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent at backlog management, prioritization, and requirement refinement.
  • Capable of defining clear roadmaps and aligning team efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies relevant to marketing, design, and engineering processes.
