Senior Data Protection Specialist

Ebury is a leading FinTech company seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Privacy Analyst to join our team in Malaga, Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Global Data Privacy framework across the Group.
- Conduct comprehensive data privacy impact assessments to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- Provide support in responding to data subject requests, including Data Subject Access Requests.
- Maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) register across the Group.
- Assist in creating data privacy training material and implementing data privacy controls.
- Contribute to improving the Global Data Privacy framework and related policies.
- Research international data protection requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data privacy compliance roles, preferably in regulated environments.
- Relevant privacy certifications, such as CIPP/E or CIPM, are desirable.
- Working knowledge of OneTrust Privacy Management platform is desirable.
- Fluency in English is a must, and another European major language is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EU and UK GDPR is a strong requirement.
