The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Node Backend Developer to join our Interactive team, focusing on our Inflight Entertainment Platform.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with airline project leaders to provide innovative solutions, resolve production bugs, and enhance the internal quality of our product.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure software is designed and implemented according to best practices and standards.
  • Implement and maintain database structures, optimizing queries for performance.
  • Create technical documentation and implement APIs.
  • Enforce strong security practices and ensure protection against vulnerabilities.
  • Perform maintenance, updates, and enhancements in the code.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the quality of the product and compliance with client requests.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with Node.JS.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience in designing and developing APIs.
  • Experience in CI/CD, database, and Git.
  • Strong development best practices.
  • Strong attention to documented code, tests, and continuous integration.
  • Nice to have knowledge of Javascript, React, or Angular.
