- Financial Modeling: Develop and run financial models, simulations, scenarios, and business cases to support decision-making and provide a comprehensive view of financial implications.
- Risk Management: Anticipate financial risks and opportunities, advising on mitigation strategies to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Funding Opportunities: Identify and secure external funding opportunities to support business growth.
- Financial Reporting: Produce accurate financial reporting at the appropriate level of granularity, ensuring timely and reliable information.
- Performance Analysis: Assess actual financial performance, analyze deviations, and advise on corrective actions to optimize financial outcomes.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze cost base, revenues, unit costs, and R&D expenses to identify actionable drivers for optimization and competitiveness initiatives.
- Resource Management: Compute hourly rates, support resource review, and headcount targets definition, prepare chargeback and cost reallocation models.
- Procurement: Approve shopping carts, audit POs below approval thresholds, review commitments, and accruals.
- Cost Rebooking: Trigger costs rebooking and costs transfer when needed.
- Investor Relations: Provide relevant information to support Airbus Equity Story.
- Education: Degree in Finance, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Finance & Controlling.
- Technical Skills: Experience in SAP CO/FI/PS, knowledge of systems and tools (SAP FI/MM, SimpliFi, Facts+, MRT, Analysis for Office, and Business Objects).
- Soft Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, excellent relationship-building, team-building, and conflict management skills.
- Language: Negotiation level of English and Spanish.
