Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Controlling Specialist to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space. As a key member of our Mission System Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and controlling functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to finance continuous improvement projects, including the implementation of the Ley Crea Crece program.
Support finance central teams in monthly reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop a standard set of reporting slides to enhance the controlling community's understanding of its performance.
Assist the Executive Assistant to the Head of Finance in daily tasks, including reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with Controlling Pricing Teams on specific tasks and campaigns.

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Business Management, or equivalent.
Proven experience in finance-related activities, with a focus on project management and risk assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and collaborate with others.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks.
Proficiency in English, with negotiation-level skills; German and Spanish language skills are also highly valued.
