We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coe Lead Emea to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the customer order book from configuration through shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the customer order book from configuration through shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
- Purchasing and planning of material to support 4.5 to 5.0 builds, including management of purchasing, planning parameters, and execution and maintenance of Purchase Orders.
- Training, documentation, and competency of team members regarding the local ERP system.
- Operations reporting, conception, creation, maintenance.
- Local S&OP and demand planning champion.
- Champion sales funnel, configuration and demand requirements within the COE, aligned to sales operation's organization.
- NPI activity: Order Planning, Production Scheduling, and Purchasing.
- Manage configurations of bills of materials for correct market specifications to meet compliant and functionality requirements, as well as on cost.
- Manage end of life product phase out strategy with sales and product team to manage provision risk of inventory whilst still meeting commercial requirements.
- Effective inventory management and financial targets set.
- Meet nominal days required and inventory turns per year set, as well as gross inventory levels.
- Account management and relationship management of international freight forwarders and local transport providers.
- Strategic sourcing to drive efficiency across EMEA including contract negotiation & supplier management where required.
- Work with the product and commercial teams, to set up suppliers and or new product with suppliers in place.
- Management of the demand plan, aligned to the sales to plan pipeline to drive S&OP management and region alignment with global teams.
- Drive sales opportunities, quotes and orders and co-ordinate with sales with mechanics to achieve plans.
- Quality and excellence team management. That support regional objectives, as well as the EMEA business for audits (Inter an external.) risk management and key project management.
- 15+ years indepth knowledge and experience of S&OP, sales process, product offering, Manufacturing, Supply chain & logistics.
- Passion for the customer experience and commitment to excellence.
- Strong sense of urgency, ability to make decisions quickly with less than complete information.
- Ability to lead a multifunctional team, mentor staff and team members.
- Proven experience creating and continually improving process.
- Able to build strong, collaborative working relationships across various operational functions.
- Change agent and thought leadership.
- Ability to establish rapport with all levels within the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
