About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Prodrive Technologies team. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance to ensure all equipment is up and running.

You will also perform technical troubleshooting to resolve process interruptions or breakdowns. Our equipment is a mix of mechanics, electronics, and software, and you will work with complex industrial automation solutions, automated test solutions, and various other types of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve process interruptions or breakdowns
  • Work with complex industrial automation solutions, automated test solutions, and other equipment
Requirements
  • Problem-solving skills with analytical approach
  • Independent execution of work with team collaboration
  • Practical experience or interest in mechanics, electronics, and software
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
  • Technical education or background preferred, passion for technology required
