Job Description

As a skilled Cloud ERP Solutions Consultant at Unit4, you will be part of our Professional Services team, delivering customer solutions in various industry verticals. Your expertise will be essential in expanding our customers\' career growth into cutting-edge cloud ERP technologies. You will be working on project challenges, implementing solutions based on industry good practice and applicable models. ERP projects drive significant business change for our customers, requiring effective conflict resolution through good communication and adapting your style to the audience.

As a customer service champion, you will develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, enabling our customers to adopt standardized solutions with a focus on adopting, not adapting. Some travel may be necessary based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage in sales handover and project onboarding with the wider project team
  2. Implement quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs
  3. Lead and participate in workshops, prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success
  4. Deliver approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable
  5. Collaborate with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget as set out in the project plan

Post-go-live & existing customer engagements

  1. Support customer solution reviews and customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4\'s footprint
  2. Engage in delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers

Product enhancements and new technologies

  1. Stay up-to-date on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally
  2. Collaborate with senior consultants using your expertise to identify improvements to functionality
  3. Embrace continuous learning, enhancing your knowledge in new areas

Qualifications

  • Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch is obligatory
  • Competence within Financials and/or Accounting
  • Excited about technology-enabled change
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail
  • Self-starter, with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet assignment deadlines
