Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Delivery Assistant Manager - Accounting to join our team in the Administration department, primarily supporting our growing operations in Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand complex financial structures and accounting principles, particularly in alternative asset classes, to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and timelines for a portfolio of allocated clients.
  • Process and reconcile transactions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and validate financial statements, management reporting, and NAV calculations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Guide junior staff members in the preparation of accounts and other tasks, providing mentorship and support.
  • Coordinate with clients and auditors on a regular basis to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Monitor and exercise ongoing reporting processes, including investor, client, and regulatory reporting.
  • Liquidity management, including invoice processing, coordination, and monitoring of capital movements.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to identify process improvements and implement changes.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients' and investors' requests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate the setup of capital market structures and implementation of relevant contracts, service level agreements, or operations manuals in collaboration with external lawyers and service providers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external providers on the full life cycle of capital market structures.
  • Supervise internal and external service providers to ensure timely valuation and accounting production.
  • Setup and monitor regulatory and client reporting, as well as manage corporate calendars.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and legal obligations in relation to advice from legal and tax service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations of capital market structures.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
