- Work with architecture teams to understand designs and architecture directions.
- Coach developers, help them implement software in line with designs and standards, and train them to become independent on technical aspects.
- Solve complex technical issues independently.
- Perform code reviews to validate code written by teammates and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of code quality.
- Design the technical stack for development projects.
- Research new or emerging technologies and frameworks, provide recommendations, build proofs of concept, and conduct trainings.
- Extensive experience in the Java technology and ecosystem.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS.
- Ability to understand designs documented in mainstream methodologies such as ADD, UML, and BPMN.
- Literate in continuous integration and deployment technologies (Jenkins, Docker).
- Knowledge of clean-code tools such as Sonar.
- At least 8 years of experience in Java development, including 2 years as a tech lead.
- Able to read and write technical documents in the English language.
- Oral communication skills in English are not mandatory but are a plus.
- Experience and/or certifications on Amazon, Azure, and Oracle clouds.
- Experience in IT Operations and live systems (in production).
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum).
- Knowledge of other programming languages.
