About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Specialist to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline product release processes, including release communications, feature flagging, A/B testing, and data collection.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with product managers and team leads to establish and manage processes for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating product feedback.
  • Work closely with customer support, sales, and other teams to integrate valuable insights into the product development cycle.
  • Propose and implement operational enhancements to address customer experience challenges.
  • Oversee the use and optimization of project management tools to ensure effective team utilization.
  • Establish and communicate best practices and processes surrounding the product stack tools.
  • Identify and automate routine operational tasks to free up time for the product team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product development processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
