About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining sustainable HVAC systems across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute programs focused on implementing sustainable HVAC solutions, ensuring energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing effective time management skills and personal impact to drive complex activities across the organization.
  • Oversee the delivery of capital projects related to HVAC systems, from scoping and design to construction and commissioning.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Provide technical leadership on HVAC system design, installation, operation, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and efficiency of HVAC systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainable technologies and industry trends, ensuring Amazon's HVAC systems remain at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience in a HVAC design, asset management, operations, or reliability maintenance role in a manufacturing, industrial warehouse, or commercial building environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple programs or projects, utilizing effective time management skills and personal impact to drive complex activities across the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to integrate and align multi-discipline teams in the delivery of projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as SAP, Maximo, or Enterprise asset management (EAM) or Asset Performance Management (APM).
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot HVAC equipment as needed, with support available remotely or hands-on.
