About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Graduate to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Development Graduate, you will be responsible for engaging with high-level decision-makers, presenting the benefits of SAP's solutions, and building relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-level decision-makers to present the benefits of SAP's solutions
  • Hunt for new clients and expand SAP's reach
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Uncover new opportunities through competitive analysis and business intelligence
  • Become a trusted consultant for customers on SAP's products
  • Utilize SAP's ecosystem to improve customer processes
  • Drive organizational growth with creativity and strategic thinking

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate (last 3 years) with a business-related degree
  • Fluency in Hebrew with business English
  • Passion for cloud software sales (SaaS)
  • Resonate with SAP's core values: Collaboration, Trust, Innovation, going the Extra mile, and always having a Growth-mindset
  • Able to commit to an initial 6-month Trainee Program with the possibility to extend an extra 6 months, depending on performance

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. The targeted range for this position is USD. The actual amount to be offered will be dependent upon education, skills, experience, and other factors.
