Technical Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team at Semrush. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for building a successful product development strategy, collaborating with users, and driving the international market forward with our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop High-Quality Code: Write high-quality code for various automation and services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collect and Analyze Technical Requirements: Gather and analyze technical requirements and constraints to inform product development decisions.
- Develop a Vision for Technical Backlog: Create a clear vision for the technical backlog, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage Technical Debt: Identify and address technical debt, ensuring the product remains scalable and maintainable.
- Own Project Architecture: Take ownership of project architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
- Estimate Resources: Accurately estimate resources required for milestones and projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Make Informed Decisions: Make informed decisions on technology selection, talent development, and team culture.
- Foster Team Culture: Develop and maintain a positive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication.
- Commercial Development Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial development, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and automation tools, with basic knowledge of QA processes.
- Leadership Experience: Hands-on experience with technical or team leading, with a proven track record of success.
- API Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of different patterns of APIs architecture, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to delve into and make sense of new subject areas, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Goal Setting: Experience in setting goals for the development team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate or higher level.
- Infrastructure Experience: Experience with infrastructure or platform-related projects, with a strong understanding of cloud computing and DevOps principles.
- SRE or Cloud Engineering Background: Background in SRE, Cloud Engineering, or QA Assurance, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Additional Technical Skills: Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, or other relevant programming languages.
