We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics Project Manager to lead our industrial operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics projects from concept design to detailed development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Development for our industry, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
- Take ownership of project profitability and quality, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement technical knowledge, methods, and tools within the industry, focusing on:
- Logistics process analysis and optimization.
- Digitalization projects, including simulation and data analysis.
- Transportation efficiency improvement through GPS, RFID, and route navigation software.
- 3D software simulation and manufacturing project management.
- Warehouse design and management, procurement, and inventory tracking technology.
- Logistics data analysis and interpretation, including customer service, forecasting, and procurement.
Requirements
- Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and project management skills.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Rigorous, anticipative, and stress-resistant, with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with other languages a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Flex Sim, and other relevant software.
