**Job Description**
Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Digital Management division requires a Document Management Specialist to join the team in Spain. The role is varied and requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, experience engaging with project stakeholders, and the ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) system, ensuring optimal performance and access control.
- Develop and maintain information management methods and procedures, including user directories, information management protocol, and file naming conventions.
- Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on the use of the CDE, develop and maintain training and user guides, and act as the main point of contact for all queries and requests relating to the CDE.
- Undertake regular CDE system audits, reporting on system usage and accuracy of document metadata, categorization, revision, status, naming, suitability, format, etc.
- Work with stakeholders to capture processes and map into document workflows.
- Implement measures to secure sensitive project information, including backups, disaster recovery plans, and archive of historical documentation.
- Provide subject matter expertise as required to improve the technology functionality and efficiency.
**Requirements**
- 10+ years' experience in architecture, engineering, and construction projects across the entire project lifecycle.
- Administrator-level experience in Bentley's AssetWise.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, with excellent command (Level C1 Advanced).
