The Chief Enterprise Risk Management Officer will lead the development of industry-leading risk management strategies across the Group. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The candidate will be expected to stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and continuously improve Ferrovial's risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing risk management policies and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments, monitoring, and reporting on risk exposures
  • Providing guidance and training to staff on risk-related matters
  • Leading the identification, communication, measurement, and management of risks across the Group

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, accounting, or risk management
  • Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, CERA, CRMP, PRM)
  • Minimum 15 years of proven work experience as an Enterprise Risk Manager or in a similar role
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and business units, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of the main countries where Ferrovial is present
