Headway España is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Finance Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure the company's financial health.
- Prepare and analyze financial models and reports to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller in a similar industry.
- Strong university education from a top 5 university in Spain, with a degree in business administration or economics.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the energy industry or a related field.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- International work experience, particularly in London or New York.
