About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Solutions Engineer, based in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical support to develop sales opportunities across Iberia, leveraging product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify, grow, and land opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, both business-focused and technical, to showcase Splunk's solutions and value proposition.
  • Attend and demonstrate Splunk solutions at field events, such as conferences and trade shows, to drive business growth.
  • Respond to tender documents, including RFIs/RFPs, and deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to successful outcomes.
  • Develop relevant presales materials, such as business cases and competitive insight documents, to persuade clients of Splunk's solutions.
  • Work closely with peers and management to develop and improve working practices, standard methodologies, and presales processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of presales experience, with a strong background in Security & APM / DevOps / observability.
  • Based in Madrid, with a degree or similar in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Enterprise Accounts, with a focus on technical and functional expertise in areas such as infrastructure monitoring, RCA, service management, end-to-end monitoring, and security.
  • Additional experience in domains like Cyber Security, technical and functional, is a plus.
