Job Responsibilities
As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the full accounting cycle, including:
- Data Entry: Accurately inputting financial transactions into our accounting software and recording financial data.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: Processing invoices and following up on overdue accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with the general ledger.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and annual accounts.
- Expense Tracking: Verifying expense reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Documentation and Filing: Organizing and maintaining financial records and ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
Requirements
To be a successful candidate, you should:
- Be in your final year of a degree or master's program in Finance and Accounting.
- Have the ability to sign an agreement with a university, school, or study centre.
- Be fluent in English (level C1).
- Have excellent organizational skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
