Key Responsibilities:
- Expert in multiple areas of maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and robotics maintenance, as well as corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
- Expert in automation and robotic devices, with a focus on Schneider products.
- Expert in production and manufacturing, including process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance, and more.
- Hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management and budgetary accountability. Strong leadership skills to achieve objectives.
Competencies:
- Ability to apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities (on time, on budget, human objectives, and business objectives).

- Ability to use an appropriate Continuous Improvement method (e.g., Go Do It, A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, lean 6 Sigma, etc.) to improve processes by identifying and reducing waste, variation, and defects, meeting the needs of the Customer & Business Internal.
- Present sound arguments with energy and conviction. Understand and respond to others' needs and agendas. Leverage own network to build support. Create a foundation of support through integrity and consistency.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, applications, and values. Focus on customer total EXPERIENCE and LIFECYCLE. Create a sense of win-win partnership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
- Minimum experience: 3 years in similar positions or in an industrial company.
- Necessary knowledge: High level of English (C1). Experience in industry. Valuable knowledge of Medium/High Voltage products.
