**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join our Base-Building Electrical Engineering team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. - B76. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical system design, power systems studies, inspection, testing, and maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and improve maintenance programs and policies for electrical systems at warehouse locations, ensuring compliance with local codes and global standards.
- Partner with Risk Management and other key stakeholders to align electrical system maintenance programs with insurance requirements, including system inspections and testing.
- Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications for electrical systems.
- Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
- Support operations, construction, and other relevant departments with product development and testing.
- Audit electrical system maintenance practices globally to identify deviations and corrective actions.
- Conduct equipment failure investigation and provide mitigation solutions.
- Monitor trends in electrical system maintenance reports and escalate as necessary to drive improvements to maintenance activities.
- Support training and start-up of electrical system maintenance and impairment programs at new operations locations.
- Develop and implement procedures for monitoring, diagnosing, and maintaining performance of assets.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience solving problems at a continent or global scale.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with power system electrical testing.
- Experience commissioning power systems.
