About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Camper Van Fleet Manager to join our team at Roadsurfer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the coordination of all processes related to our camper vans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation of our camper vans, ensuring they are in excellent condition for our customers.
  • Manage and guide a team of agents responsible for the technical preparation of the vehicles.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and quality of our fleet management.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our camper vans upon their return, identifying and reporting any damage or issues.
  • Collaborate with our Munich HQ to initiate repairs and ensure our quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship in a relevant field, such as car rental, tourism, or a similar industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and the language of the country you are applying for.
  • Class B driving license.
