Job Title: Spa Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Spa Concierge to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen interest in the hospitality industry.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.
  • You will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them warmly and making them feel welcome and relaxed from the moment they arrive.
  • As a key member of our spa team, you will assist with the smooth operation of our facilities, including the spa reception, swimming pool, locker rooms, fitness center, and relaxation area.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and ensuring that all administrative procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Possess a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols, as well as knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
