Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager for our EMEA region with a strong understanding of driving customer solutions and digital platforms at scale. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders in the market team, product management organization, UX, analytics, marketing, software engineering, and other teams across the customer journey. You will be instrumental in driving outcomes and KPIs in collaboration with these key stakeholders. This role will require thinking of the art of the possible, while being rooted, and helping the teams move forward to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to develop the ecommerce platform roadmap to drive growth and revenue.
• Develop annual plans and quarterly increments to drive toward business objectives.
• Identify key stakeholders to drive outcomes across the entire ecommerce value chain to drive results.
• Establish a platform view to enable common capabilities across BUs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Identify KPIs and metrics to drive the outcomes.
• Partner with delivery teams to develop a delivery cadence to support achievement of these KPIs.
• Measure outcomes and establish processes to track KPIs and outcomes.
• Analyze data and metrics to make recommendations and present findings to executives and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
7+ years of experience in ecommerce product management.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through ecommerce product management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
