Business Application Specialist

About the Role:
Nutreco is a global leader in animal nutrition and fish feed, and we're seeking a highly skilled Business Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Nutreco Competence Centre, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of our ERP solution, M3.
Your Responsibilities:
- Application Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with project teams to support, implement, and troubleshoot applications, ensuring smooth operation.
- Innovation and Process Enhancement: Develop and improve business application processes to align with business needs, driving efficiency and scalability.
- Process Leadership: Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives, enhancing our digital infrastructure and driving business growth.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to business partners and remote teams, building strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and coordinate change requests, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Project Management: Define project charters, staff projects, and oversee project management efforts for changes and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience (about 3-5 years) with M3 functional application support, specifically with the Pricing modules and order-to-cash processes.
- Strong business understanding and ability to build relationships between business and IT.
- Skills in Infor Scripting, App Builder, Ad hoc report, and other solutions are an advantage.
- Skills in SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and other technical skills are welcome.
- Knowledge of relevant sales processes is an advantage.
- Project Management experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
