Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at SLI Consulting. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Handle and resolve technical incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis and code-level investigations to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Support and Coordination: Provide 2nd-level support and coordinate with internal and external support teams to ensure seamless resolution of technical issues.
- Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement application enhancements and fixes to improve system stability and performance.
- Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing and ensure system stability before deploying changes to production.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain compliance with security policies and assess risks to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
Technical Requirements:
- Programming Languages: Java (Spring Boot), Java 17
- Frontend Development: JavaScript
- API and Security: Spring Security, TLS/VPN, Encryption
- Web Services: OpenFeign, Apache Camel
- Messaging Queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Database Management: PostgreSQL, AWS RDS

Requirements:
