Exclusivas Imanara is seeking a highly skilled Costs Controller Supervisor to join our team in Huelva. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our costs control processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out and/or check site measurements of piping assembly, thermal insulation, and painting, adhering to measurement standards and specifications.
- Verify the correct unit pricing of site units in certifications of executed works.
- Extract measurements required by the cost manager for contract estimations.
- Organize and maintain project technical files, update documentation, and information for supervision of revisions.
- Manage purchase order records, archives, certifications, and contractual correspondence, keeping costs control reports updated.
- Analyze and elaborate reports of requests made by supervisors regarding changes and additional work.
- Verify compliance of contractual conditions of contracts and specifications.
- Develop an effective control system for extra job orders, in accordance with site supervisors.
- Identify risks and propose preventive measures for work compliance with current regulation.
- Proven experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry, gas & oil, and energy.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in Office Package and SAP.
