Tareas
- Gestionar y desarrollar nuestra cartera de clientes en el sector MICE, manteniendo relaciones sólidas y de confianza, además de seguir desarrollandola.
- Actuar como el enlace principal entre los clientes y Patterson Travel, brindando asesoramiento y soluciones personalizadas para satisfacer sus necesidades.
- Diseñar, planificar y coordinar eventos y viajes grupales, asegurando que cada detalle esté cuidadosamente organizado.
- Trabajar en colaboración con proveedores y socios para asegurar la disponibilidad y calidad de los servicios y productos requeridos.
- Negociar tarifas y condiciones preferenciales con proveedores para garantizar experiencias excepcionales para los clientes.
- Garantizar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos MICE, supervisando la logística y resolviendo cualquier problema que pueda surgir.
- Realizar seguimiento post-evento para evaluar la satisfacción del cliente y recopilar comentarios para la mejora continua.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência probada en la gestión de proyectos MICE y una cartera de clientes en el sector.
Conocimiento profundo de la industria de viajes MICE y sus tendencias.
Habilidades excelentes de comunicación, negociación y atención al cliente.
Pasión por crear experiencias memorables y soluciones creativas.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.

**Formación**:

Titulación superior / universitaria en Turismo, Administración de Empresas o campos relacionados.
