Electromechanical Component Sourcing Specialist

Role OverviewWe are seeking an Electromechanical Component Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role can be based in Madrid, Vigo, or San Sebastián factory. The successful candidate will ensure electromechanical products meet safety and quality standards by defining qualification requirements, conducting audits, and resolving quality issues. Effective communication with external suppliers and internal customers is essential, as is regular progress reporting to management. Travel may involve up to 60% of working hours.
Key Responsibilities- Supplier Management: Conduct periodical audits and assessments to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
- Sourcing Projects: Participate in new product development and sourcing initiatives to ensure seamless integration of electromechanical components.
- Claim Resolution: Lead supplier claim resolution efforts to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Field functions to drive quality and efficiency.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering.
- Prior experience in the industrial or engineering sector, preferably in electromechanical roles.
- Proven expertise in quality assurance, including issue resolution.
- Familiarity with industry standards for electromechanical products.

The estimated salary for this position is €65,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
