Job Description:

Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and automation, with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Workplace and Sustainability team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global workplace strategy that aligns with Schneider Electric's sustainability goals and values.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive sustainability plan, including carbon reduction targets and ESG initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into all aspects of the business.
  • Manage and maintain governance and duties on post-Merger Integration (PMI) of Schneider Electric delegated entities.
  • Ensure compliance to our real estate trust standards and identify opportunities to consolidate into Schneider Electric portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading global workplace and sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
