Job Summary
As a Senior UX Researcher, Mixed Methods, Storefront, you will be responsible for leading user research projects end-to-end, supporting a human-centered design process to create high-quality user experiences. You will work closely with product teams and the Principal User Researcher to plan and run research projects, including defining clear problem statements, framing project goals and research assumptions, scoping and selecting the appropriate methods and tools, supporting in recruitment, running/facilitating research activities, analyzing and synthesizing data, and sharing findings.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead user research projects end-to-end, supporting a human-centered design process to create high-quality user experiences.
• Work closely with product teams and the Principal User Researcher to plan and run research projects.
• Define clear problem statements, frame project goals and research assumptions, scope and select the appropriate methods and tools, support in recruitment, run/facilitate research activities, analyze and synthesize data, and share findings.
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in applied product research.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in human behavior-related fields.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience as a Research Specialist.
