Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate health and safety activities in the EMEACLA Region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive health and safety regulatory compliance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the implementation of health and safety standards and programs across the region, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, or Health and Safety) and 4+ years of experience in EHS-related roles.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Substantial understanding and knowledge of ISO and other relevant regulations.
- NEBOSH or other equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence change and promote a safety culture.
