Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the quality and food safety systems, ensuring that our internal regulations and corporate values are respected.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have advanced technical knowledge of Analytical Chemistry, Food Microbiology, and Rheology. They will be responsible for:
- Promoting, developing, and controlling quality and production processes
- Developing and applying quality, food safety, and identity-preserved standards and regulations regarding raw materials, packaging, semi-finished products, and finished products
- Managing and acting on behalf of the company before third-party certification bodies (BRC, ISO 9001, HALAL KOSHER, Organic)
- Defining inspection, testing, and measurement procedures
- Reviewing work methods and advising on the introduction of new equipment, taking into account its possible impact on the quality, food safety, and legality of the products
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Engineering related to the food industry. They will also possess a high level of English (minimum C1 or similar) and advanced computer knowledge: Visio, SAP, Microsoft Office. Additionally, they should have knowledge of BRC and ISO Food Safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have customer orientation, leadership, problem-solving, results-orientation, meticulousness, rigor, teamwork, communication, planning, management, organization, decision-making, autonomy, initiative, innovation, creativity, negotiation, and adaptability skills.
About the Role
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about quality assurance and food safety. We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
