Learning Manager for Operations

Join Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as a Learning Manager for Operations and contribute to the development of effective learning solutions that respond to the operational needs of the organization.
About the RoleThe Learning Manager for Operations will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing learning needs regarding staff, operational areas, missions, and the Operations department. This includes designing and implementing learning solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating the effectiveness of these solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prioritize learning needs for staff, operational areas, and missions
- Design and implement learning solutions, including training programs, workshops, and online courses
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Operations department, Learning Unit, and other departments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement the Field Coordinator (FC) and Head of Mission (HoM) learning paths
- MSF field experience as a FC or HoM
- Analytical skills to assess learning needs
- Experience in implementing learning solutions
- Knowledge of learning principles and its application at program conception, design, and development
- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
- Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies and co-creation processes
- Ability to combine creative thinking with strategic thinking
