Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Tribalscale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, production-quality code for our cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing platforms and improve test automation.
  • Develop technical architecture and suggest cloud services and frameworks to achieve product goals.
  • Surprise and delight customers and partner software engineers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Object-Oriented development in JavaScript (Node, React, React Native).
  • 4+ years of professional experience with developing and deploying to cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and eXtreme Programming (XP) practices.
  • Full Stack developer with heavy experience working on backend.

Bonus Points:

  • Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design Principles.
  • Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally), backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar Agile Tools.
  • Familiar with eXtreme Programming (XP) practices including Pair/Mob programming and Testfirst/Test Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience with GitHub.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems.
  • Understanding of fundamental data modeling.
  • Experience in development of microservices.
