As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team and drive our technical vision forward.

The Big Picture

We're a dynamic travel tech company building an innovative platform using cutting-edge technologies. Our tech stack includes Node.Js, React, Strapi CMS, and various modern tools and integrations. As our Lead Full Stack Engineer, you'll be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining our travel app platform. You'll work closely with our CEO and UI/X team to ensure the technical implementation aligns with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and maintenance of our Node.Js backend and React-based admin client.
  2. Architect and implement scalable solutions using Strapi Headless CMS.
  3. Manage and optimize our PostgreSQL database.
  4. Integrate and maintain third-party services such as Auth0, Sendgrid, and Stripe.
  5. Develop and maintain custom plugins to extend Strapi's functionality.
  6. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  7. Ensure best practices in security, performance, and code quality.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  9. Mentor and guide future team members as we grow our engineering organization.
Required Skills & Experience

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.Js, and React.
